Jamal Junaid is the Managing Partner at Audax Solutions, where he works with public accounting firms across Canada and the U.S. to help them manage staffing shortages, rising workloads, and operational demands through recruitment and offshore back-office support.
He holds degrees from Temple University and Villanova University in Philadelphia, with a background in business, leadership, and human resources.
With experience across Audit, Accounting, and Tax, Jamal works closely with firm leaders to build practical staffing strategies that support growth and improve capacity.
Outside of work, he enjoys golf and values the focus and consistency the game requires.
Fahd S. Kakakhel
Partner
Fahd is a Partner at Audax BPO. He has worked in technology, banking, and financial services, so he knows how to build and run operations for large, complex organizations. He holds a BSc in Finance and Information Technology from Drexel University in Philadelphia. His background in both finance and tech helps him understand the needs of accounting firms and the standards they work to.
At Audax BPO, Fahd leads strategy and growth. He works with public accounting firms across Canada and the U.S. to manage their back-office work in Audit, Accounting, and Tax.

With experience across audit, accounting and tax functions, Jamal works directly with firm leaders to address capacity constraints and develop staffing strategies that align with operational
needs. His focus is on practical solutions that integrate into existing workflows and support firms during periods of growth and peak demand. Throughout his career, he has partnered with accounting & consulting firms, and business leaders to address hiring challenges, strengthen teams, and support expansion efforts. Jamal completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at Temple University and Villanova University, where he built a foundation in business, leadership, and human resources.
